Shipping & Packing Instructions Bows: The Wyatt Violin Shop recommends that you pack the bow in a sturdy cylindrical container. Shipping is economical via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Insurance is available and can be included in the postage. With proper packaging it is highly unlikely that damage will occur; nevertheless we recommend you purchase shipping insurance in an amount to cover damage or loss during shipping. Make sure you include return shipping information, including address and a phone number. Payment may be made with check or money order. (We will soon have credit card payment options available) If you have questions, feel free to call at (816) 252-5656. Instruments: Instruments should be shipping in a hard shell case. Usually the case is sufficient to protect the instrument and may be taped shut with a mailing label attached. The Wyatt Violin Shop recommends the instrument and case be shipped in an appropriately sized box, with additional padding. (The instrument will be returned in this manner). Return shipping is included in the final invoice, with insurance. We welcome visitors at the Wyatt Violin Shop where you may drop off your instrument for repair. However, shipping instruments can be done efficiently and safely. For questions, please call (816) 252-5656. You may also email us directly.
